Zingerone Uses :
The ether can introduce very pleasant and usual inimiatable notes of chypres, Fougers, clover, Hycinth etc. it is stable in soap. It can also be used as a novel additive to mossbase.As flavour it is an important part of Hazelnut imitation flavour, coconut, walnut, fruit complexes and in trace amount in vanilla imitation. The normal concentration is about 5 to 10 ppm in finished products.
